Since you only get a maximum of 15 second on your timer, your main priority should be collecting Time candies. 15 seconds are gone before you know it, so you have to collect Time candies when given the chance.

Your second priority is defusing Candy Bombs. A large amount of them will spawn throughout the level and because of the way the level is designed it can be hard to defuse them within 10 moves.

Lastly, if you get the chance make Color Bomb candies and use them to defuse Candy Bombs. Defusing a Candy Bomb with a Color Bomb candy will give your score a big boost. Combining a Color Bomb candy with a special candy will barely make your score move, so avoid doing it unless your your intention is to defuse Candy Bombs.

Match candies in the bottom left and right corners as often as you can. Doing this will shift the largest amount of candies. This in turn will hopefully start a chain reaction that will create new opportunities to make special candies.
