What is Touch of Beacon

Touch of Beacon is created by rolandoislas that is a Minecraft Mod with one goal; never let a player go hungry. Are you tired of spice in your life? Then this is the mod for you.

Status

Current: Release 1.1

Beacons

Four beacon tiers.

All the beacons provide one level of Fed with the level increase as the tier of beacon increases.

Food Blocks

Various food blocks are added (e.g. beef, fish, carrot) that make up the base of a Touch of Beacon, beacon.

Potions

The Fed effect has normal, splash, lingering potions, and tipped arrow.

Status Definitions

Alpha: Not all features for the current release have been implemented and suggestions (preferably via GitHub issues) are welcomed.

Beta: All features for the current release have been implemented. Report bugs to the Github issue tracker. Any feature suggestions will apply to the next alpha phase.

Release: There are no planned features and no known or major bugs. Bugfixes will be applied.

Features

Effect - Fed

The fed effect keeps you from starving. How well it does this depends on the level of the effect.

Fed: three food ticks (no running)

Fed II: five food ticks (running, no regen)

Fed III: full food bar (running and regular regen)

Fed IV: full food bar and added saturation (1.10+ fast regen)

The core of the mod is a potion effect that will feed the player, never letting them go below a certain point. How powerful the effect, depends on the tier of beacon or potion. The best results lie with the top tier, where you will be fed to the point that you just regenerate from joy.

How to install Mod:

(1) Install the version of Minecraft Forge that corresponds with the mod

(2) Download the Mod.

(3) Drop the entire zipped file into your mods folder (Search %appdata% on your PC then go into .minecraft, then mods(create this folder if it is not there))

(4) Open Minecraft and make sure your profile is set to Forge

(5) Start Minecraft and enjoy!
