Anti Void Death is a simple plugin that will help players who are in your lobby or any other world you set and are falling into the void not die. This is done as instead they are teleported to a location that you have set previously. One location can be set per protected world and it should be noted that this location does not have to be in the same world as the one that is protected.

Commands and Permissions

Command: /avd spawn set <WorldName> | Permission: avd.setspawn Description: Sets the Anti Void Death teleport location for the specified world to your current location.

Command: /avd spawn remove <WorldName> | Permission: avd.removespawn Description: Removes the Anti Void Death teleport location for the specified world thus removing the void damage protection from that world.

Command: /avd spawn goto | Permission: avd.gotospawn Description: Teleports the player to the avd spawn point for the world they are currently in.

Command: /avd config reload [CONFIG/PROTECTEDWORLDS] | Permission: avd.config Description: Reloads the specified config to the default values it had when it was first created.

Command: /avd config loadworlds | Permission: avd.config Description: Loads all protected worlds from the config file and loads there avd spawn locations.

There are currently several values in the config.yml that i will explain in the following text:

Config option: Saved_From_Fall_Message.Enabled: Description: When set to true the message in the Saved_From_Fall_Message.Message configuration line will be sent to a player when they are saved from falling into the void.

Config option: Saved_From_Fall_Message.Message: Description: The message that will be sent to a player then they are teleported out of the void.

Config option: Global_Saved_From_Fall_Message.Enabled: Description: When set to true the message in the Global_Saved_From_Fall_Message.Message configuration line will be sent to all online players.

Config option: Global_Saved_From_Fall_Message.Message: Description: This is the message that will be sent to all online players when a player is saved from the void if Global_Saved_From_Fall_Message.Enabled is set to true. This message has two placeholders that server owners may chose to sue if they wish. The first place holder is {PLAYER} and will be replaced by the name of the player who was saved from the void when the message is sent. The second placeholder is {WORLD} and will be replaced by the name of the world that the player fell into the void in. It should be noted that these placeholders are case sensitive and that the {PLAYER} placeholder will be replaced with the players real in game name and not any nickname or custom display name they they may have.

Config option: Use_Colour_In_Console Description: This allows Anti Void Death to write colored messages in the console which can be used for easy identification of what messages are being sent from AntiVoidDeath.

Config option: Use_Permissions_For_Save_From_Fall Description: When this option is set to true only players with the avd.alwayssavedfromfall permission will be teleported out of the void if they fall into it.

Config option: Not_Saved_From_Fall_Message.No_Permission Description: This is the message that will be sent to players without the permission required to be saved from the void when they fall into the void and Use_Permissions_For_Save_From_Fall is set to true.

Config option: Update.Update_Check_Enabled Description: Setting this option to true will allow AntiVoidDeath to check for updates on www.spigotmc.org and notify you through the console when they are available. This notification message will be sent to the console once every 30 minutes when an update is available. This will NOT automatically download the updates for you.

Config option: Update.Announce_Update_Available_To_ Online_OPs: Description: Setting this option to true will allow AntiVoidDeath to send players who are OP a message notifying that than an update to AntiVoidDeath is available and the location that the update can be downloaded from. This message will be sent only when the player joins the server or when the server is reloaded.

Standalone Permissions:
There is currently only one standalone permission in AntiVoidDeath and the is the avd.alwayssavedfromfall permission. This is the permission that players must have to be teleported out of the void when Use_Permissions_For_Save_From_Fall is set to true in the config file.

This plugin it tested to be compatible with all 1.7 and 1.8 versions. If you experience problems when using this plugin please PM me with the problem and when applicable include any stack trace/error that appears in the console as well as the server version and plugin version you are currently using.

This plugin uses the MCStats service created & maintained by Hidendra. The use of this service can me disabled by changing opt-out to true in the PluginMetrics config file. The purpose of the McStats page is to collect anonymous data regarding the use of the plugin that can be accessed at http://metrics.griefcraft.com/plugin/AntiVoidDeath this data collection can not harm your server in any way and is merely used as a way to view things such as the main server version that is using this plugin.
