What is Fancy Battleaxes

Fancy Battleaxes is a minecraft mod adds battle axes with really nice 32x textures. It is created by 456Xander.

Currently this mod features "vanilla" Battlaxes made of stone, iron, gold and diamond, but also some "non-vanilla" Battleaxes made of amethyst, ruby, sapphire, nickel, silver and titanium, which are fully configurable.If you have another mod installed, that adds one of those materials, but it can't be used to craft the battleaxe, consider using minetweaker.But be aware that this mod does not add any of those materials, but uses OreDictionary. 

The Battleaxes can be used as normal axes, but are a bit slower. Therefore they have a higher attack damage. In pre 1.9. Battleaxes deal 0.5 damage more than swords and in since 1.9. they deal about 2 damage more than the axes, but have an even lower attack speed.

Additionally, the stone battleaxe is fully compatible to Unified Stone Tools, with which you can craft the battleaxe from different stone types.

Fancy Battleaxes is currently available for minecraft version 1.7.10, 1.8.9, 1.9.4, 1.10, 1.11

You are completely free to use this mod in your modpack.

How to install Mod:

(1) Install the version of Minecraft Forge that corresponds with the mod

(2) Download the Mod.

(3) Drop the entire zipped file into your mods folder (Search %appdata% on your PC then go into .minecraft, then mods(create this folder if it is not there))

(4) Open Minecraft and make sure your profile is set to Forge

(5) Start Minecraft and enjoy!
