• Regeneration II for 5 Seconds

Mushroom Stew

• Speed II for 5 Seconds

Rabbit Stew     

• Night Vision for 20 Seconds
• Jump Boost for 10 Seconds

Golden Apples will now give you the Resistance II effect for 10 Seconds
The effect is better an a Enchanted Golden Apple but it has less time

Rotten Flesh is now useful and removes the poison effect from you

but you still get the hunger effect

Pufferfish now gives you the Water Breathing effect but it gives you poison

so eat some Rotten Flesh to clear it
