Chest Lock is a simple mod that allows you to lock chests easily! Normally in vanilla minecraft you have to use
HOW TO LOCK A CHEST OR ANY OTHER OPEN-ABLE BLOCK:
Note: you can skip the first GUI screen by using "/lock chest" or "/lock other"
/data merge block [CORDINATES] {Lock: "KEY NAME"}to lock a chest or other open-able block. Not to mention you have to have an op permission level to use the command. This mod allows you to lock a block with a single command, and a few clicks!HOW TO LOCK A CHEST OR ANY OTHER OPEN-ABLE BLOCK:
- Stand on top of the block
- Enter the command "/lock"
- Select the type of block you are locking
- Enter the name of the key
- Click "Lock!"
Note: you can skip the first GUI screen by using "/lock chest" or "/lock other"
Planed Updates
- Config option for if you need an op permission level to use command (Useful for forge servers)
- Being able to input key name from command (/lock [block] [key name])
- More version compatibility (Planed versions: 1.12.2, 1.16.5, 1.17.1)
