Seek underground of the Overworld for a Slumbore Stone. Mine it and it will give you 2 Slums.
Craft a Portal block with 8 Slums.
Build a normal shape Portal with the Portal Blocks.
Light with the Portal Lighter

Keep an eye out in the new world for dangerous Creatures Ender Chicken (designed by Ariadna009) and Creeper Tom (not a normal creeper at all. Designed by Ariadna009).
