Tool Variants Mod!

Adds new variants of tools based on the type of wood you craft them with! Works with every wood variant in the base game along with some extra fun ones like Crimson Wood, Warped Wood, and Blackstone from the upcoming Minecraft 1.16!



Crimson and Warped stem and planks + Blackstone recreated from Minecraft snapshots




Added Spruce, Birch, Jungle, Acacia, Dark Oak, Crimson, and Warped stick variants

Crafting tools will give you a different texture based on what type of sticks and wood you use to craft it

You can mix and match all of the different types of wood when you craft wooden tools. Spruce pickaxe with an oak handle, birch sword with a crimson handle, any combination you can think of for every wooden tool!

(There is an issue with some tools showing up under different recipes in the recipe book and showing up in the wrong recipe book tab even though they are all tools and are supposed to be categorized into separate recipes for each type of tool, not sure how to fix it)




This is version 1.0 of this mod and I will add more to this mod over time as I get more ideas and suggestions and try to fix any issues anybody has.



Future plans I have for the mod but are not promised to be added:



Ladder variants (make them interchangeable as well?)

Bow variants

Interchangeable fence variants (only if people want me to add this)

Interchangeable sign variants

Chest variants? (I doubt I'd be able to make them)

I'd like to make different crafting table variants but I don't think that is possible with MCreator
