MoveableGroupFinderPopup

This addon makes the group join / queue pop window in the group finder moveable so you can finish what you were doing properly before entering a dungeon/pvp. It also adds a 60 seconds countdown timer to the join game dialog, this countdown is only reliable for new games. The API doesn't expose any information on games in progress regarding BG's so rely on the timer at own risk! Finally the matchmaker dialog now defaults to practice BG's rather than rated BG's to avoid accidental queueing for rated games and rating loss.
