1800's Gothic Victorian-era Light Station

Located on the dangerous and yet beautiful gray-stone bluffs of the Bertley Channel outside of the city of Bertley, lies a grandeur reminder of a golden age. This spectacular lighthouse is based off of the Block Island Lighthouse in Rhode Island, and is built as a scale replica. Inside the lighthouse is a winding staircase and a weight system designed to turn the 1st-Order Fresnel Lens at the top of the lighthouse, which shines green both in Real Life and in the replica. The keeper's dwellings feature a symmetrical Gothic cottage, similar in style to the lighthouse, and features over 5 fireplaces! Unfortunately, I did not furnish the cottage as it would not be still furnished in Real life, unless it was a museum. Often enough, Interiors of desolate lighthouses such as this are packed up and left to sit, once the light stations were modernized in the mid-20th century. Nevertheless, it still features storm shutters in case of a bad gale! Overall, these stunning quality pictures go lengths to show the unique craftsmanship of an earlier time, reimagined and brought to life, for everyone reading to appreciate.
