32 Bit Binary Counter (Read/Write)

Hay guys, today I'm uploading something I normaly don't share. This is one of my redstone contraptions that I designed about 2 years ago(so I would have been 13), and re-built/desinged. I started building a couple days ago, and finished today. Spending about 4 hours a day fine tuning, building, calculating, and re-designing this from my original design. I plan on doing a contraption series of compartments of a computer, for example: RAM, CPU, ALU, Memory drivers, etc... I will be building all of these components in 4 Bit, 8 Bit, 16 Bit, and 32 Bit devices. Let me know what you think of the plan.

In this project, I used command blocks to make various sounds to announce events and display titles/subtitles to do so. To make this project more interesting, I did not use command blocks to make the logic easier or more simple. My main goal with this was to make a compact and user friendly panneled device. I used a T Flip-Flop array to perform the counting. I used a RS NOR-Latch array to remember which command blocks have sounded, and not to let them sound again until after system reset. I used a 3x pulse input to perform the reset because in-case of lag, the reset would skip a "bit". I hooked a "Fine Clock" for the user to fine tune the speed of the input pulses to the Flip-Flop array. I hooked a "Fast Clock" which is used for quick, close together pulses into the array(can be tuned). There is a "Manual Count" button which provides an easy way to count binary manually. The buttons on the Lights are used to input a binary number(note: you must hit the button to the left of the bit you want to be set). There is an RS NOR-Latch which is used to control the cleanness of the read outputs durring reset. There are some write inputs which are used for external control to the system. There are 3 busses for external clock control and clock inputs. 2 busses are used for external read/write control for reseting the system.

Sorry  for any missed typos, I think my keyboard is dieing and it seems to be skipping letters and other malfunctions.

I will be uploading a video soon(hopefully) in which I will describe how the device works more thurally, and answer any FAQ in the comments(thats if this upload gets enough attention).
