If it were 16 x 16 I'd call it 1 chunk survival, but it's not so...
Regardless made it on 1.19.4 Vanilla Java. SHOULD work with any/all mods.
There's a couple cave biomes and some other little goodies hidden around. Not quite as easy as my skyblock map, but should be ok.
