Modern Apartment/Dorm
This was about four-six hours of work with another player (he supllied roof and about 40% of the build work) on our Realm server.
This build was meant as a base of some of the other players on the server, but whether or not they utilize the structure as a base of operations it was really fun to build.
Just to add: This is the first modern style build I've ever built that was this large, so it does look pretty wonky at points.
