This map is a schem file which mean you need to have worldedit edit installed in your server if you dont know how to add a schem file to worldedit
follow these steps:
1. Open plugins folder in your server files
2. Locate Worldedit folder and open it
3. open Schematic folder in it
4. Paste the schem file you downloaded in there and start your server
5. Run //schematic load <the name of file you pasted in schematic folder>
6. Then Run //paste you will get the whole map there

and my cousing (His in game name is Rdg__Gaming)
