Hello all :) The Brandt OTM Tracker is specially modified Excavator, mounted ontop of a truck In this case. A John Deere 12C, Mounted on top of a Peterbilt 357 I believe. The truck can ride on the rails, hooking onto hopper cars, which it then can lift the top mounted excavator up on top of the car. The specially modified excavator base, then can scooch itself along the cars.
