This is a 3 story brick apartment building with 2 1-bedroom apartments on each floor.
There is also a basement with storage and a laundrymen room, as well as rooftop access with a garden and lounge area.
It would fit great in an older, industrial-style part of town.
You could also stack it with world edit to make it much taller if you wanted to.
This is one of my first non-medieval builds from several years ago it was made in MC 1.8 but is easily upgraded to 1.12.
