This is my complete Peach's Castle from Super Mario 64 in Minecraft. It took me a year and four months to make, and thousands of hours. It is made to be compatible with vanilla Minecraft and includes every room inside the castle except stages, and is very accurate in most ways. The video contains more info and a side-by-side comparison tour with Super Mario 64. You can download the map or the schematic.

The schematic in the download link is for the inner and outer pieces. The full download (including the world) is here:

Note: If importing the castle into the world via MCEdit or Worldedit, the Inner schematic goes pasted WITH air, and the outer schematic goes pasted WITHOUT air. Paste standing on top of a block at the highest you can build (block 255). Paste both schematics from where you are standing there.
