DC Gotham City Terrain
Here is a template map that was scrapped for a server project I was working on. It is a custom map of Gotham City. There is no buildings or structures. A complete blank slate for whoever wishes to use it. It is a large map so using any type of minimap mod would be helpful. In the future I may come back to this and add actual buildings to it, but for now this is it.
