The word "liminal" comes from the Latin word “limen,” which means threshold. To be in a liminal space means to be on the precipice of something new but not quite there yet. You can be in a liminal space physically, emotionally, or metaphorically.

I've been a big fan of liminal spaces for the longest time and I wanted to try and replicate the effect into the Minecraft world. I recreated iconic "Dream Pool 10" by Jared Pike in Minecraft made from my own textures and models to recreate it to the best of my abilities.
Liminal spaces cover a lot of areas. They are typically not noticed because you are only there for fleeting moments. Here are some other examples of physical liminal spaces I plan to build in the future:
• Airports
• Hallways
• Doorways
• Trains
• Airplanes
• Bridges
