Experimenting with Blockbench - St. Paul's Church - Strasbourg - CIT Pack and Map File Included - Hexagonal Cone Spire

I am experimenting with Blockbench, trying to build a full scale structure using this app, and this is my attempt;

Blockbench is a great tool to create Minecraft items, however there are limitations to it; you can build items in the space with maximum scale of three blocks horizontally and vertically (so 9 blocks volume), however you are able to double the size on display, so you could extend the scale to 6 blocks (36), but then you would have to shrink the size of item in half: size 16 in Blockbench is equivalent to size of 1 Minecraft block, but when you double the item size, then size 8 in Blockbench becomes 1 Minecraft block. But obviously, you can't build a proper 1:1 scale structure that's only 6 blocks tall, so I came up with a way to scale up the size: build the structures as if size 1 in block bench is equivalent to 1 block, then scale it back up another page then puzzle them together in Minecraft. To do this, you have to make grid of size 1 blocks in relevant position to your structures, after building the structure, you have to copy the part of structure with one of the size 1 cube, and paste it on another page, then scale both of them up (make sure to keep the structure in relative position to the cube, then on display, match the cube to the white cube with frame. Then on Minecraft, puzzle the pieces together. Another problem I had with Blockbench is, that there are limitation to the rotation angles; you can only turn the blocks in +22.5 degree, and you can't rotate blocks in multiple axis, meaning, it's hard to create sphere, and hexagonal cone shape which requires block rotation on multiple axis. To get around this, I had to rotate the block on display (there is no limitation of rotation of block on display), then puzzle it together in Minecraft.

I built the western facade of St. Paul's church in Strasbourg. Only top portion of the facade is completely built in full scale. Spire of towers of main facade is also built in full scale.

I am currently building the rest of the facade, and full version of it will come up shortly.
