Functional Guillotine
Here are all the commands I used V. I recommend changing the parts marked in italic/red, since they were meant for my world in particular. The green text depends on your personal preference, but can be left as it is.
/summon FallingSand ~-1 ~7 ~-1 {TileID:71,Time:1}
/playsound mob.villager.death @p -169 65 1231 10 0.75 10
/playsound random.anvil_land @p -169 65 1231 10 1.25 10
/kill @p
