German Cargo Ship Goldenfels 1:1
[EN] Goldenfels was Built by Bremer Vulkan in 1937, , owned and operated by DDG Hansa, Bremen. She was powered by two Six-cylinder Single Cycle Double Action diesel engines, built by Bremer Vulkan. She was allocated the Code Letters DOTP.
In late 1939 she was requisitioned by the Kriegsmarine and converted into a warship by DeSchiMAG, Bremen. In November 1939, she was commissioned as the Auxiliary cruiser named "Atlantis".
[FR] Le Goldenfels a été construit par Bremer Vulkan en 1937, appartenant et exploité par DDG Hansa, Brême. Il était propulsé par deux moteurs diesel à six cylindres à simple cycle et double action, construits par Bremer Vulkan. Il s'est vu attribuer les lettres de code du PFCCD.
Fin 1939, il fut réquisitionné par la Kriegsmarine et transformé en navire de guerre par DeSchiMAG, Brême. En novembre 1939, il fut mis en service en tant que croiseur auxiliaire nommé "Atlantis".
