Good Spawn Seed
This seed I found '12321' may not seem legit but is completely real. It spawns you in (sometimes it's near) a very large oak forest. Some 100 or so blocks ahead of you is the ocean, and behind you is a savanna hills biome. It has a blacksmith acacia village in it that has a ravine straight through the middle, so this seed provides you with starter materials (oak forest), a shelter and even more starter materials (village), and a good mining place (ravine straight through village).
TESTED: 1.10-1.12.2 (Landscape may be different depending on the version you're using) (Snapshots not tested)
In 1.12.2 the blacksmith contains an apple, 4 pieces of bread, an iron chestplate, and a diamond. 1.12.2 Also has a additional ravine near the forest, providing you with even more of your mining needs. There's also a cave in the village as well if the ravine didn't please you well enough. There's also an ocean monument fairly close to spawn at X:152 Y:? Z:1144.
