GTA Vice City converted to Minecraft

So recently i discovered that it's possible to convert 3D models to Minecraft. I thought it would be very interesting to convert one of my favorite childhood games over to Minecraft... GTA Vice City!
This project is NOT a recreation of the entire map from scratch. All of the 3D models which made up the original game were voxelized and saved as schematics and imported into an empty world via MC Edit.
These screenshots showcase a few segments of Vice City's map in Minecraft:
The airport's entrance:
The front of the stadium:
Starfish Island and it's neighboring island (in the distance you can see the Vercetti Estate):
These screenshots show only a few parts of the city, but the entire thing has been converted. Only problem is the models can only be saved as one block type, so if the city is to come to life in Minecraft, it's going to require a lot of dedication to replace every single block with the closest match to the original game.
If you're interested in this project, let me know and i'll definitely consider working on this further. When the project is done, i'll definitely upload the map for the public to have.
Also, if you're a fan of GTA and would like to help in coloring in the city, let me know and i'll give you credit when the final project is released. (I may or may not hire extra help depending on how smooth the project is going).
