This door is shaped like a guardian's eye, the perfect look for an ocean monument build or a prismarine shop.
I went for looks in the download world, making the whole build look like a guardian, but you can build the door at ground level, as that would be a much more practical entrance.
The download world includes 2 copies of the door. The first one works in 1.8 and beyond, but the second one has faster input circuit that uses observers. The second door was built in 1.12, but will work in 1.11 if you replace the concrete with red and white blocks or your choosing.
