Today I have created a simple yet effective redstone/hopper farm. It's fully automated, all you have to do is plant it. I provided pictures so you can see how it works, they'll be fully informative. Also I'll provide the world to download if you'd like to see it in more depth or just simply blow it up to feel good... Regardless, I hope you enjoy and use it in your worlds, thanks.
Installation:
Singleplayer: Go to your .minecraft folder then place in "saves" folder. Run Minecraft and play.
