Step 1 build made of red clay, 2 pillar with a height of 12 units
Step 2 on the 6th and 7th blocks build 2 post sideways for 9 blocks
Step 3 circle along the contour of the snow block
Step 4 diagonal lines in 2 blocks
Step 5 сircle diagonal line snow block
Step 6 the remaining empty space to fill a block of blue wool
The flag is ready! you just have to hang it on any building
