Instant Wire Decoder

This is an infinitely expandable decoder where the output will be activated 11 redstone ticks after the input, regardless of distance.

21 deep for 8 bits
7 wide controller including adapter
11rt delay
5rt cycle, or 2Hz
Requires a clock input
There is a reset lever at the end of the decoder incase the instant wire breaks.
