This is M/S ESTONIA which is a ferry cruise that goes from Tallinn Estonia to Stockholm Sweden and was owned by ESTLINE from 1993 - 1994 when it sank on 28th september 1994 in a heavy storm that killed 852 of 989 people that where onboard and it's the worst maritime disaster in modern history since ww2 in Scandinavia.
