Maersk Alabama / Cargo ship (1:1 scale/1.12.2)

The Maersk Alabama is a container ship that became famous because of the hijacking which took place on board in April 2009.
His posterity took off with the film Captain Phillips by Paul Greengrass in 2013 (with Tom Hanks in the role of captain), oscar nominee.
I reproduced it on a 1: 1 scale, based on the photos found on the internet. Having only very few (not to say none) photos of the interior and in the absence of plans, I did not do the interior (engine room and superstructure). If someone decides to do so, I would be delighted to receive the new version and update by crediting the curator ;D

Le Maersk Alabama est un porte-conteneur devenu célèbre suite à la prise d'otages et à la tentative de détournement qu'il a subit en avril 2009.
Sa postérité a décollée avec le film Captain Phillips de Paul Greengrass en 2013 (avec Tom Hanks dans le rôle du capitaine), nominé aux Oscars.
Je l'ai reproduit à l'échelle 1:1, avec les photos trouvées sur internet. Il n'existe quasiment aucune photos de l'intérieur ou plans, je n'ai donc pas fait l'intérieur du bateau (salle machine et superstructures). Si quelqu'un décide de le faire, je serais ravi de mettre à jour, en créditant bien entendu le décorateur ;D
