MC_Construct - a Total Recreation
Current Version: v1.25 (for Minecraft 1.16.1 and up!)
Hiya!
This is something I've been working on for a while (but perhaps not as long as ya might expect!) to kill the time. What is it? It's a 1-1 scale recreation of gm_construct - of Garry's Mod fame - in Minecraft! I've always deeply loved both GMod and Minecraft, so it had been a project I'd wanted to poke at eventually anyway. And, I wasn't pleased with the other variations of Construct in Minecraft thus far. So, eventually, I got to work, and here it is! In all of its glory, to mess around in!!
Not much to remark on, really...! Everything is to scale as best I could manage (Remember, Steve is 2m tall, and GM players are 1.8m! Short!!), and I added a ton of quality of life changes around the entire map, like working teleporters stairwells to the tops of the buildings and ways to move around and get outside Construct even in Survival!
But that's not all! Look beyond the walls, and you might be able to catch a glimpse of some other interesting areas - far beyond the grounds of Construct. This isn't just another remake of gm_construct - but I leave it to you to find and explore the other familiar settings of GMod fame...

There's more to this map than meets the eye, too. Not in the murder-mystery sorta way, though, but the Easter Eggs around every corner and also on the other side of the fence kinda way... There's lots to see and find. Keep an eye out!
I encourage you to look around, and have fun! I put a lot of time into this map, so while it might be my only map on this site, I'll definitely be taking care of it (and maybe even adding to it!) as the updates come in. See you soon!

And while it may just be one map on this site, rest assured, there are several maps and recreations' worth of content crammed into this one...~ This map has been one of my biggest on-and-off projects for a long time coming, so I've done my very best to make it a love-letter to both GMod and Minecraft.
