Basic Map Info
Dark Deception
Dark Deception, at its core, is a 3D horror version of pacman. You play as Doug Houser, a man who has done questionable things in his life. Your only chance at a new life is through a mysterious woman named Bierce, trapped in a dark realm beyond life. In order for her to grant your wish, you must traverse nightmarish mazes and collect "soul shards" and then escape. But be careful, you're not alone in these mazes... There are monsters, and they're looking for you. Each level in Dark Deception has a theme. There is a murderous hotel, an evil elementary school, a twisted hospital, a cryptic sewer system, and more.
This Map
Make your way through a dark version of Minecraft, collecting the purple shards scattered throughout a large cave system while avoiding the zombies and skeletons within. Don't let them reach you; one touch and you're dead!
You must complete one zone/maze. The full map will have 3 different zones to complete, all themed around Minecraft. Upon completion of the maze, you will be graded and rewarded soul shards based on how well you did. You are offered 6 powers to use through the maze to help you survive and avoid trouble. Use the shards earned upon completion to level up your powers.
This game offers high customizeability. Adjust settings, up the difficulty, check game statistics, and more for an experience can be different which each playthrough!
