Here's a minimal skyscraper I made that is 17x17! I wanted to try and make a skyscraper that was simple, so I just used a simple square window design. The design is somewhat similar to 432 Park Avenue, a real skyscraper in Manhattan. The floor space is small but this building is fully functional with a stairwell that goes to each floor, and an elevator shaft as well. The 17x17 plot and the height of the building makes the building look much taller, but its only 170 blocks high. Building has 38 floors plus a simple lobby.
