What is Nuevo Paraiso?
Nuevo Paraiso is a new, large-scale map that has been created to give people a large environment to play with. At the moment the city is still under construction, but updates will be posted as regularly as possible. In order to achieve the proper visuals, I recommend using a texture pack that shows clay as the actual colors they say they are, for example the StormCoreFilms Life HD texture pack (available on planetminecraft)
Features
Built in a valley and surrounded by a desert and a forest, Nuevo Paraiso has many features that can keep you occupied. While the map can be used for simple deathmatch games there are also rooms that hold their own challenges:
Survival(One-Player)
By entering the mine, you can challenge yourself to a game of survival as you fight against the monsters that live there. Alternatively, enter with a group of friends and see who can survive the longest!
Parkour(One-Player)
At the West End of the city lies the 'Parkour Playground'. Here you will find many platforms, where you can practice your skills and take a break from adventuring. Can you make your way around the entire room?
Deathmatch(Two or more Players)
In this game, simply enter the city with a group of friends and fight to the death! Depending on the number of players, this could turn out to be a long game, as this is a fairly large map with many routes to take. Keep an eye out for those hidden chests!
Ender Pearl Challenge(One-Player)
Near the 'Parkour Playground' lies this room. Wait until night and set a spawn once you are in the room, then grab a handful of Ender Pearls and navigate your way through the course. If you have any items you want to keep it is recommended to put them in a safe place, as there is a high chance of death!
Hide-and-Seek (Two or more players)
In this game, you set out with a group of friends and, well, you know the rest...
See who can stay hidden for the longest!

Although the main activities are outlined above, the city has landmarks that you can explore and get to know, such as:
