Pac-Man - Level 1
126
Minecraft Maps
This game works best in 1.8.9.
UPDATE: 08/02/2015
Since so many people have been having problems with .rar files, I have recompressed it as a .zip instead.

UPDATE (02/22/2015):
After looking through some feedback, I've experimented with Minecraft's scoreboard system and made a few revisions:
- Players are now added to teams when they collect their armor (this only matters for the funtion of other features)
- Power-Ups are now only able to be activated by Pac-Man
- Power-Ups now disappear after being used
- Ghosts' armor now changes color to dark blue for the duration of Power-Ups (like ghosts in the actual game), and reverts to their original color at the end
- Pac-Man's lives are now automatically tracked (and displayed at the bottom left corner of the board)
- Pac-Man's score is now automatically tracked and dispalyed on the right side of the screen
- Pac-Man does not need to actually collect the sand block to count towards their score, only break it
- Operation's Manual has been revised and dated
I also experimented a little with replacing sand blocks with pressure plates. I was able to get this working well enough, but the constant clicking from the plates ended up being a little too annoying.
I'm experimenting with a way to get the cherry/pretzel bonus to show up in the middel of the board, but it's a WIP.
Feel free to send any additional suggestions!
This is a work in progress; I'm experimenting with the scoreboard function to add a few new features at the moment, the final version should be out in a few days.
Here's my recreation of the classic game, Pac-Man! This project has been done before, to be damn sure, but hey, it was fun to build. Games are fun, sue me (please don't sue me, Namco!)
This is a revised version of the one I built about a year ago, which used pistons to clear and refill the board. Whle it worked well enough, it had some pretty bad lag issues on servers due to the large number of pistons involved; it now uses command blocks and plays much nicer.
The game itself is pretty simple; Pac-Man collects as many pellets as possible while avoiding ghosts. If Pac-Man gets one of the four power-ups on the board, he gains 10 seconds of invincibility, as well as the ability to eat Ghosts.
This game is ideal for 5 players (one Pac-Man and four Ghosts).
