Palisade Template
If you have ever settled down next to a village in hopes of making it a permanent trading post, you've probably worried about zombie invasions before. Is there anything worse than building your base next to a village and coming back to find it raided and deserted? This is where this palisade comes into play. Granted, it is basically a glorified fence, but boy does it make you feel safe to live in a village with a solid wall of logs around it. As the title suggests, it is just a template, though. But given how simple the basic pattern is, you can easily take this prototype and adjust it to your specific needs. And when you do, feel free to use any type of wood you have at your disposal – I've tried several and they all looked great!
