Description:
The standard housing series II-68-01/16Ю-2/78 refers to multi-apartment residential buildings. It is one of the modifications of the II-68 series. These buildings were designed by the architects of MNIITEP (Moscow Research and Design Institute of Typology, Experimental Design) and were constructed in Moscow and various cities across Russian from 1979 to 2000.
The buildings are designed to have between 5 and 16 floors, with 12, 14, and 16 story options being the most common. Each building may have one or two entrances, each equipped with passenger and freight elevators. Typically, there are 7 apartments per floor. Additionally, there are garbage chutes with loading valves located on each floor. The houses offer three types of apartments for residents:
