Never Built, only existing model in a museum in St. Petersburg
Meant to be a rival of the Des Moines class cruisers, with 3 x 220mm Main batteries.
Size: bit under 1:1 scale, original size: 252m long 28m wide 9 m below water, about 50 above water
With only 1 barely usable blueprint to work from, much of the exterior was taken from World of Warships, where this ship can be found under the name 'MOSKVA', which is actually the name of a Stalingrad class heavycruiser (project 83)
