* garage, roman baths and storage room on ground floor
* underground area with cellar, living room, guest room and guest bathroom
* living room with acces to back balcony, kitchen, dining room, greenhouse, and bathroom on 1st floor, hall leads to side balcony
* bedroom, bathroom, games and reading room and attic on the 3rd floor
