Virturia - Scale Dystopian City V1.2
Virturia is a scale dystopian city based of cities in books/movies/games. One block = 2 floors (One Slab = 1 floor)
The city is ever expanding, with ridiculously tall skyscrapers, temples, monuments, open spaces and more.
The main inspiration of this city comes from the Capitol in the Hunger Games, hence there's not one but two large avenues with concrete viewing areas on either side.
There's still a lot more to do...
