Simple Bridge
This bridge may be simple, but that doesn't mean it's not well thought out. First of all, its length is designed to fit your average plains biome river. Secondly, it is high enough for a player to ride through without hitting their head. And last but not least, the inner surface of the bridge is three blocks wide, allowing you to use it as a railway bridge as well.
