This building is very cheap and very effective, it has 3 entrances, each entrance has its own basement, 5 floors and 20 apartments. As a result, the whole building has 60 apartments 3 * 3 meters. Each apartment contains a bed, oven, crafting table, double chest, lightbulb and at least one window.
