Hello,
this is a mars rover seen on a concept painting of how an "airport" on mars might look like. It was published along SpaceX's plans for colonizing mars. It looks like this vehicle will be used for taking people and goods to and from the rockets since the landing pads are placed in remarkable distance to each other.
I really liked the rover's design and wanted to recreate it in Minecraft.
