[ Special Survival Series ] - Mining Arrows: Arrows that mine for you!

=== Hey there, PMCers! On January 6th I stopped work on my > Boss Battle < because I discovered a command as I scrolled through the /help. This command was /execute. I tested it and found some awesome uses for it. But enough about that. Let's talk about what this is:
= This is a survival world where you get some C00l features!
= This will be the first in a possible series of survival worlds with some perks, called "Special Survival"

=== Mining Arrows... What do they do?
= They mine for you and teleport the blocks they mine to you. No mods. Just some(Okay alot) of command blocks, redstone, and hoppers.

=== How to turn On and Off
= In your inventory hotbar 3 spaces will be taken up. Two of them will be iron bars and in the middle of those iron bars will be an emerald. This means that the Mining Arrows "Mod" is active. To turn it off, drop the emerald and pick it up within(roughly) 5 seconds. Doing so will replace the emerald with redstone, telling you that the "Mod" is off. If you do not wish to deactivate the mining arrows and dropped this on accident, pick it up after 10 seconds or more. To activate the Mining Arrows again, repeat the steps.

=== How to use
= This is explained in the game but I will also explain it here: When active, you will receive an arrow. Find the spot you want it to mine down and look straight up. Use your "Drill" (Bow) to fire the mining arrow straight into the sky and move 5-7 blocks away from where you were. The arrow should come down, with white particles coming out of it. Once it hits the ground, it will mine a 3x3 hole downwards. DO NOT go down with it. The mining arrow breaks through the bedrock making the mine a death trap.
= Every block the arrow mines will be teleported to you, so as I said earlier, don't follow it down(Unless you want to suicide)

= Rule: No cheating items in... Honestly, really survive... With mining arrows...
= Note: It only works in survival mode. Not creative, adventure, or spectator
= Note: The world border is 100,000 blocks away from spawn(Who cares)
= Note: This might have some glitches and bugs, though I've tested it tons of times and fixed many bugs.
= Note: This is not done, and does not have the coolest features. And maybe the mining arrow is alittle too overpowered...
= Note: KeepInventory is on. So if you die, you won't lose your stuff.
= Note: There are too many notes... And there is only one rule... Wow...

=== Do I have an MCEdit Schematic?
= Sadly, no. It would be cool to be able to take this and put it in your favorite survival world wouldn't it?
= Buuut... since I don't have MCEdit, someone else could make an MCEdit Schematic and give poor Dan a link to it... The command blocks and hoppers and redstone are under the spawn. Go in creative and dig down until you find a room with all those things.
