Tenterden Spotlight #2 - Solana Resort (Benidorm)

This is the only build in Tenterden which was recycled from a different project; which was planned to be a re-creation of Benidorm, Spain. Although, this re-creation of the Solana Resort (from the Benidorm series) was the only part that was ever completed. Being built in 2017, it is technically the oldest building in the city! The landscaping around it however was purpose made for its plot in Tenterden and doesn't reflect the real Sol Pelicanos Ocas resort (the IRL building used for the Solana).
While undergoing a recent face lift on the exterior facade and lobby it is mostly quite dated, and very representative of when I built it. It is 51.5m tall and has a restaurant, several hotel rooms, 2 pools and a private beach front :)
