Fellow minecrafters, I have had this project discontinued for quite some time, and i started a new project, throwing this magificient city aside. It was my first real minecraft build, and it stil isn't done. When I created it, I wasn't good at minecraft, I got better, and that is why there are some incredibly ugly and incredibly beautiful buildings in different parts. This city has come a long way, it's been around for at least 3 years now, and it's been sitting for at least one of those 3 years.
For starters, all the brown blocks on the renderings are glowstone, there's a glitch with Chunky that it can't see modded blocks so it renders images as if they don't exist, and under all these modded blocks I have is glowstone, otherwise in the actual map it is sandstone and it does not look brown.
I wish to present to you, that I have resumed my work on this city, new pictures are soon to come.
I plan to do much more with this world than just finish the city, I plan to make a world full of many different cities and cultures, it'll take time, but in the end, it shall be done.
------------------------------------------Overview of the City---------------------
So, to get a good idea of how big the actual city is and what ground it covers, I have posted map pictures from Rei's Minimap mod that basically shows an aerial view of it.
Akhaeten District
Map of the finished Saja District (now renamed Akhaeten) it also shows basically where everything is and what it is. Amunani is the current area I'm working on.
Across from the Akhaeten District is the Jaharka District, (will eventually be renamed) majority of this will be removed and redone.
Jaharka District
Above the Amunani District is the Kiyaab District as well as some custom terrain I made.
Kiyaab District
So far thats the extent of the city (excluding a map of the palace, that'll be on the Palace's Project) it's a pretty decent size but it's still got a long ways to go.
