The Emerald Quarter - Residential fishing town

Currently my focus build on "PwnzCrew Kingdoms" is finishing up the homes existing, completing paths, and defining each home's region so players who rent them will be able to build, handled by an easy click-to-rent interface.

Main materials of this build consist of Oak timbers, and Stone trimmed with Red Nether Brick items; the Desired look i want to achieve is a normal villager-style housing development on a scale of 8 normal villages, it will incorporate Farms which also can be rented, though the main design is to provide housing itself.

Currently the area is lined out with fortress walls within the approx 1000x1000 dedicated server area, this is only One of the 4 quarters to be completed as each project progresses. I'm assuring each house has enough space within it so players won't need to change much if they don't want to, while allowing them full ability to change the home within their rented plot, Every plot is a different size, and players can rent a different home if they want, homes revert back to original house design if no longer rented.

The Emerald Quarter Will be a No-PVP residential area designed to give new players a safe and secure place to call home.
This village will be designed around a Focus of making income from Fishing on the Economy side of things, either a roof over your head to get you by, or a inexpensive place to hang your hat, the Emerald Quarter is a Perfectly peaceful place to live.
and by Peaceful, I mean "Players" cannot attack each other, Players Still need to watch for Hostile Mobs =D

1. Add essential items to homes(chest and a bed, so luxurious!)
2. add all additional houses with remaining space.
   
3. Plot each home and add rental signs
4. Finish detailing roads and paths.
5. final details on fishing area & docks.
6. Finish detailing tunnel.
7. Final fortress wall detailing & landscaping.
8. finish detail on inner-city fishing pond.
9. Add quest line area.
