The Old Silk Court in Zürich / Der Alte Seidenhof in Zürich von 1592-1812 (exterior)
This is a reproduction of the Old Silk Court of Zürich as it was from 1592-1812, as depicted in a drawing.
It is part of a larger project I'm currently undertaking about historical Zürich of the same period of time.
It was built with Minecraft Vanilla Version 1.15.2.
It's location is at todays Sihlstrasse 20, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland.
There is a floorplan of the building, but I still do not fully understand how the details of the painting connect to it.
The original can be found in the Central Library of Zürich (Zentralbibliothek Zürich).
A very important part play tiled ovens in Swiss Architecture of the epoch.
For an idea about the colouring you may have a look at some images.
Part of the interior of similar buildings is exhibited in the Swiss National Museum. This can help to get an idea about interiors.
