T.S. Simms and Co. Brush Factory Memorial

This is a memorial of the Simms Brush Factory in Saint John, New Brunswick.

History
The Simms Brush Factory was built in 1912 because the old factory wasn't up to standards at the time. There used to be a water tower on the base but it was removed for unknown reasons. The factory had two How It's Made segments filmed in it (Paint Brushes and Paint Rollers). On August 2013, T.S. Simms III, the great grandson of founder T.S. Simms, had made the difficult decision to move manufacturing to Mississuaga, Ontario but leaving the head offices. On November that same year, the factory was slated for demolition for January 2014. The process was to last ten weeks. First, the back warehouses (not built since they were expansions) were torn down. On February 1, a small corner of the 'glass box' was torn down, and then on February 8, the right side up to the water tower base was torn down. On the following days up to February 15, the water tower was toppled over and almost all but the left side up to an entrance was torn down. On February 22, all what's left of the building was a small chunk of the left side. As of February 24, there are no remains of the building except for parts of the basement. This map is dedicated to everyone who worked in there.

Installation
To install, extract the Memorium and Old Memorium folders into the saves folder in the .minecraft folder and replace the hoeWood.png in the item folder in the textures folder in the minecraft.jar file with the new hoeWood.png in the .zip file. The new hoeWood.png is a paint brush for souvineer purposes (The paint brush looks like a broom so don't complain about it because you should've read the description).

Ignore the update logs, they are very glitchy and they always redirect me to the same page before the changes.
