Ulyanovsk Improved class aircraft carrier

Another one of soviet aircraft carriers I've decided to make. It's based on my project 11437 Ulyanovsk class aircraft carrier with some major changes of hangar, superstructure and air wing.
Some said it's nothing more than rumours about digits "11438". However, there is so-called Ulyanovsk Improved scalemodel located at Nevskoe Design bureau's museum.
Original ship was designed somewhere at 1988-1991 and supposed to be built at 1991-1997.
Some said It's called Tashkent, after some soviet WWII destroyer, which in turn was called after city of Tashkent - nowaday capital of Uzbekistan.
Anyway, I've decided to make this ship with Russian Navy insign instead of Soviet Navy's one. This means renaming of this ship. So It's called now "Demokratiya", which is russian for "Democracy". There was a russian ship called Demokratiya back in 1917, so it seems good enough for me. It's traditional and at the same time it shows spirit of the first half of 1990s Russia.

323 blocks long, 88 blocks wide (90 with airplanes) and 69 blocks high.
20 days or about 66.5 hours of gameplay were spent to build this boat. That's funny. I've spent exactly the same time - 66.5 hours - for building of original Ulyanovsk.
